Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 30, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WorshipAid.com (the "Service"), operated by WorshipAid, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
WorshipAid.com is a Catholic-first web application that helps churches and worship leaders create, edit, and export worship aids and related congregation-facing materials. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with Free, Pro, and Premium tiers. Features available on each tier are described on our pricing page and may change from time to time.
2. Eligibility & Account
- You must be at least 18 years old, or have the authority to bind the organization you represent, to use the Service.
- You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
- upload or distribute content that is fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, infringing, or that contains malware;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party (including unauthorized reproduction of copyrighted scripture, hymns, or liturgical music — you are responsible for obtaining required licenses such as CCLI or ONE LICENSE);
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, probe its security, scrape its content, or interfere with its operation;
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, branding, templates, and documentation, is owned by WorshipAid, LLC and is protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription. You retain ownership of the content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service to you.
5. Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to Stripe's terms for payment processing. Organisation-level billing applies — one subscription per parish. See our Refund Policy for details.
6. Service Levels
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Scheduled maintenance, third- party outages, or events beyond our reasonable control may cause temporary unavailability.
7. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for your subscription, pose a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our acceptable-use policies. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or personal injury).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorshipAid, LLC from any claim, loss, or expense arising from your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WorshipAid, LLC is established, without regard to conflict-of- law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
