Invocation

We rejoice, O God; that enough is enough.
And that we are abundantly blessed.
We come here to want nothing else.
We are abundantly blessed.
We come here to stop, to wait, to look and to listen.
We are abundantly blessed.

Prayer of Confession

Let us put aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely. Let us do it now. Bring us to our knees and let us know the meaning of the word enough. Amen.

Prayer of Dedication

We Give Thee what we Owe.

All that we have is really Yours.

We return here just a sign.

A sign that we are grateful.

And that we have the capacity to give. Amen.

Pastoral Prayer

You have my back, O God: it is You who have my back. Because You have me, let me be there for others. In a world where the crack in the sidewalk has become the Grand Canyon, in a world of swirling stocks and sinking bonds, in a world where our very pensions is part of the world economy. We know we are a part of a new world order not yet Yours, not yet Holy, come, gentle Jesus, and free us. Come soon, come quiet, come Holy. Come small. Come like a new form of DNA and reshape our destiny, so that the world might be new, might be Holy, might be like You. Come and whisper the word, enough, in our ears and let us know its truth. Amen.
